Eco Green's Calcium Carbonate Factory

Eco Green Plastic is one of the largest CaCo3 powder manufacturers in Vietnam. Our Calcium carbonate factory has over ten large grinding machines with total production capacity exceeding 250,000 tons of Calcium powder per year. Our grinding machines are produced by top grinding and coating machine suppliers using European technology and know-how.

We are only factory in north region of Vietnam who owns state of the art superfine vertical mill technology. The vertical mill applied static and dynamic classifier, product fineness can be adjusted between 325 mesh to 2500 mesh (5μm-10μm). The equipment is widely applied in non-metal mineral superfine powder processing, such as limestone, calcite, marble, coarse whiting, kaolin, barite, bentonite, pyrauxite. It is a high efficiency and low cost powder processing equipment. In addition, we own 8 ultrafine grinding machines. Ultrafine machines consist of main mill, classifier, blower, belt feeder, storage hopper, pipe system, pulse dust collector, gearing system and electric control cabinet. These machines have lots of advantages such as space-saving, completeness, wide usage, easy operation, smooth performance, high performance-cost ratio, high efficiency.

We also possess highly skill production and quality control engineers. We set high quality standard for all of our products and follow strictly quality management standard ISO 9001: 2015. Our products are well-known in the market and we export our products to many customers in India, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, Mauritius and Morocco.

MATERIAL QUALITY

The factory of Eco Green is located near Thac Ba Lake, in Yen Binh District, Yen Bai Province where waterway and road transport system are very favorable in delivering stone materials from White Limestone Mine in Mong Son Commune and Luc Yen District. These Lime Stone sources have chemical composition and physical properties that are consistent with the requirements of multiple industries and were found to be the best quality in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

The factory of Eco Green has a capacity of 250,000 tons per year. Calcium Carbonate powder product is processed by Nano technology ultra-fine grinding lines with multi-level separation system which can control powder particle size according to the requirements of multiple industrial production sectors.

QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Raw materials are sorted and washed with high pressure pump, selected by manual methods before being put into processing. Calcium Carbonate Powder product is tested continuously in our laboratory during processing by integration of the most modern equipment in the world including a UK particle size analyzer "Malvern Mastersizer laser 3000E", a Japanese machine measure the whiteness and the reflection of light " Konica Minolta CR410". Thus, we commit to have the highest and stable product quality.
